Lotti graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a BSc(Hons) Sports Therapy in 2009 and has since continued to challenge and improve her knowledge with a number of different courses.
Lotti is our most experiance therapist and has a broad range of skills, knowledge and experience from working in a range of clinics and sport teams including semi-professional football teams, professional rugby teams, with horse riders, and all stages of runners. She has a keen eye for most sports and getting your rehab right so you shouldnt have to return to the same injury time and time again.
Lotti specialises in a neuromuscluar approach to rehabilitation and movement. She has been studying Neuromuscluar systems and training for a number of years and is currently completeing her Neurocentric approach to rehabilitation with Z-Health University which uses the lastest and most current research. Lotti looks at your injury through a Neural lens which may be an angle you have never had your injury looked at before.
In Lottis' own time she likes to spend time with her family, likes having time with her 3 horses (1 shetlands so not real horses), walking and exploring the dales with the children and Finn our working cocker spaniel, and running up to half marathon distance.
Lotti is a Certified Running Technique Specialist qualification with the The Running School® . This course allows her to fully understand running biomechanics, how to have the right movement, strength and make you most efficent runner you can be.
Lotti aims to get you back to your optimal performance by teaching you how to move free of pain using a varitey of different rehabilitation types.
