Online Consultation 1 week support

A Video or telephone call with one of our therapists where we find out about you, your injury,  injury histroy and learn more about what you want to achieve.  From this we assess your movements and build an exercise rehabilitation programme for you to follow.  This is followed by a call a week later to advance the exercises to ensure you continue to progress

Monthly Support Packages

We know that by working with people for a set period of time allows you to get the results you need.  We offer different intensity of support that suit every individals needs. These are either 8 x sessions per month, 4 x sessions per month, or 2 x sessions per month.

Alongside this you will have the opportunity to carry out work independently where we support you via our various channels of communication:

  • Private Facebook Group - where we can have discussions with others in the group, and I can share with you content that will help with your learning and your training

  • Private Programming App - we will send you the programmes through an app that allows us to personalise your plan and give you DAILY EXERCISES with video support on all movements

  • Direct Contact - being able to keep in touch is really important, which is where you will be able to contact your therapist regularly.

Online Movement and Pain Assessment 

You will film your walking from different angles then send us the videos along with our movement and injury questionnaire.  We will then analysis your videos,  along with your movements and provide a report the areas we have identified as strengths and weaknesses and the areas of concern which may be putting you at risk of injury or preventing you moving pain free.  Exactly as we do in clinic 

  1. Your film your Movement and complete the pain and movement questionnaire 
  2. Send them to us
  3. We analysis 
  4. We provide you with a full movement dysfunction report with the key areas needed to improve on. 

 

Online Running Technique Analysis

You will film your running from different angles send us the videos along with our running, movement and injury questionnaire.  We will then analysis your videos,  along with your movements and provide a report the areas we have identified as strengths and weaknesses and the areas of concern which may be putting you at risk of injury or preventing you from running faster.  Exactly as we do in clinic :)

Running Rehabilitation

If you are in Pain and not able to run we can still help get you back on the road to recovery. This is the perfect time you to correct your movement and put in the right foundations for a injury and pain free run.

Running Re eduction

We work on the weaknesses and inefficiencies found in the Running Assessment using a variety of coaching using a mix of run training, strength training and movement repatterning. The coaching is bespoke to you, your movement patterns and goals.  You will be prescribed running and conditioning homework throughout the programme to enhance your running technique and movement patterns.   

 

In the week you review review your goals and reassess your technique comparing your before and after videos. We also discuss your plan running going forward ensuring you keep working to maintain your new skills, strength and continue improving.
